COMPRESENSIVE EVALUATION ABOUT WATER RESOURCE IN TONG LIAO AREA

In this paper a systematic evaluation of groundwater resource, surface water resource and groundwater-surface water transformation resource in the studied area is conducted with balance simulation method. The viewpoint of period evaluation is presented, and states that long period should be used as the evaluation time interval and the way of using arbitrary time interval is the main cause resulting in larger or smaller water resource evaluation. According to the new viewpoint mentioned above, the dynamic change of water resource is evaluated, and the distribution of month is evaluated and analysed.
