The Effect of Nursing Intervention in Multi-channel Percutaneous Renal Ureteroscope Lithotomy Kidney Stone Treatment

Objective:Nursing intervention in the multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy effect of treatment of kidney stones.Methods:The period from December 2008 to December 2010 to adopt a multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy kidney stones 86 patients were randomly divided into conventional group and strengthen the group,43 cases in each group.Routine nursing interventions for the two groups of patients with kidney stones,strengthen psychological care of patients with kidney stones in the strengthening group.Results:After two groups of patients with kidney stones are good,and more satisfied patients with kidney stones in the strengthening group for care than conventional group(P0.05).Conclusion:Adopt a multi-channel percutaneous renal ureteroscopic stone surgery patients with kidney stones,strengthen psychological care,conducting routine care significance.
