Study on Fermentation Parameters of Health Care Alcohol-making with Uncooked Pueraria Lobata (Willd.) Ohwi

In this paper, the fermentation parameters of health care alcohol-making with uncooked Pueraria Lobata (Willd.) Ohwi was measured, and the variety regularity was researched by analyzing relevant content in material, the result shows that it's practical making Pueraria Lobata (Willd.) Ohwi alcohol with uncooked materials, and the alcohol has the health care function.
