OBJECTIVE To compare the efficacy of reteplase and urokinase in treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.METHODS 39 patients within 10 days of deep vein thrombosis were randomly allocated into treatment and control groups.Patients in two group received dividedly reteplase and urokinase.Clinical efficiency was evaluated by the clinical symptoms and under surveillance DSA.Time of thrombolytic therapy, deep of lower extremity deep vein and incidence of complications in two groups were compared.RESULTS After treatment, compared with the urokinase group, the clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly released(P0.05).The revascularization rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the urokinase group(P0.05).The adverse reactions were no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).CONCLUSION The therapeutic efficiency of reteplase in the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis is better than that of urokinase.
