摘要
The mechanical properties, crystallization behavior and morphology of wood flour/PP composites were studied. The composites had better tensile strength even the wood flour content was high, but the impact strength decreased greatly as the wood flour content increased. The addition of compatibilizer maleated polypropylene (MA-PP) had no effect on the impact properties of the composites but had a great positive effect on the tensile strength. The experimental data of DSC showed the crystallization temperature rose with the increase of the wood flour content, which indicated wood flour had nucleation effect on PP. Wood flour was well-dispersed in composites and MA-PP improved the affinity between wood flour and PP, as shown in scanning electron microscopy(SEM) photographs.
