Control Effect of Seven Seed Treatments to Take-all of Wheat

[Objective and Method]Take - all of wheat is a classical soil - spread disease.Mixing wheat seed with seed - treatment fungicide is the best economical and effective approach for controlling it.We study the control effect of seven seed treatments on take - all of wheat in the field and the safety to seed germination in the laboratory.[Result]The result showed that the treatments of 3%difenoconazole with the dosage of 200 g/100 kg seed,2.4%fludioxonil + 2.4%difenoconazole with the dosage of 300 g/100 kg seed,1.1% fludioxonil +3.3%Metalaxyl - M + 6.6%azoxystrobin with the dosage of 300 g/100 kg seed and 12.5% silthiopham with the dosage of 200 g/100 kg seed had better effect on Gaeumannomyces graminis var.tritici. The control effects were higher than 80%.All the treatments did not negatively influence on the seed gennination,the growth and development of the wheat.[Conclusion]The above 4 seed - treatment fungicides had better control effects on Gaeumannomyces graminis var.tritici.They could be used in production by turn.
