The Harmonious Development of the Construction of Political Civilization and Country under the Rule of Law

Politics is the sum total consisting of the thoughts and activities including the organizations and institutions arising from the fundamental and all-round problems facing the comprehensive social groups in their existence and development. Whether politics is civilized or not and its degree may be weighed by the targets、the public participation、the measures employed and the scientific nature of political activities. In essence, modern politics is a type of democratic politics and party politics. Whereas, the civilization nature of politics mainly manifests as democracy、legality and science of it, which wholly manifests as rule of law. The construction of political civilization in China should take rule of law as the target of its value, which is to integrate with the construction of our country under the rule of law and develop concurrently in a harmonious way.
