Synthesis and Antifungal Activity of Novel Triazole Alcohols

Based on the result of QSAR which was studied among a series of triazole antifungal agents,11 new compounds were designed and synthesized,and they were identified with MS,IR, 1H NMR.Screened in vitro and compared to control compound fluconazole,four of those showed good antifungal activity.
