Analysis of Chromatograms of Apocyni Veneti Folium from Different Collecting Time

Objective To analyze the chromatograms of Apocyni Veneti Folium from different collecting time.Methods Apocyni Veneti Folium from different collecting time were analyzed and the chromatograms were determined by HPLC and HSGC-MS.Results Dynamic change of HPLC chromatogram and HSGC-MS chromatogram of Apocyni Veneti Folium from different collecting time showed a regular pattern.Conclusion It provides scientific basis for determining the best collecting time.
