Objective To investigate the myocardial enzymes and ultrastructure of myocardium in wistar rats of ischemia and reperfusion for 120 minutes in vivo to evaluate the influence of ischemia time on the formation of myocardial reperfusion injury.Methods An ischemia and reperfusion model was made by ligating and reperfusing left anterior descending branch in wistar rats.We detected content of myocardial enzymes(CK-MB,LDH,AST) in blood serum and observed ultrastructural changes of myocardial cells by using transmission electron microscope.Results The results showed that the rat myocardium ischemia injury for 15 minutes and the reperfusion injury for 120 minutes after ischemia injury for 15 minutes was not obvious,the ischemia injury for 30 minutes was obvious and the reperfusion injury for 120 minutes after ischemia injury for 30 minutes was harder,the ischemia injury for 60 minutes and the reperfusion injury for 120 minutes after ischemia injury for 60 minutes was all obvious.Conclusion Ischemic time is too short or too long,will not form a reperfusion injury.Recovering blood reperfusion for 120 minutes after rat myocardium ischemia injury for 30 minutes can make ischemia-reperfusion injury in vivo.
