摘要
CuCl 2 ·2H 2 O has been added into Hoagland solution to imitate water environment polluted by Cu2+. In condition of Cu2+stress,the seedling growth, the Antioxidant System and the enrichment and transportation of Cynodon dactylon have been studied. The results show that, under low concentration of Cu2+( 40mg/L),the growth of Cynodon dactylon seedlings can be improved, their chlorophylls in leaves can increase the activities of SOD, POD and CAT,which go obviously up at the beginning of extending, and protect the balance of the enzyme system. However, with the increase of Cu2+( 40mg/L) and stress time,an obvious negative Cu2+stress exists. Moreover, the effect on the growth of Cynodon dactylon seedlings has been exerted. The seedlings under high concentrations of Cu2+are shorter and smaller, and Chlorophylls Content of Cynodon dactylon in leaves decreases. The activity of three enzymes has also declined. The enrichment and transportation of Cu2+has mainly been found in the root and culm of Cynodon dactylon. In addition, the enrichment of Cu2+on the root of Cynodon dactylon exceeds the enrichment of the others with increase of the concentration of metal. The results show that Cynodon dactylon can decrease the content of Cu2+in polluted water, and the Cynodon dactylon can be a good plant species for the enrichment of Cu2+.
