The determination of nitrofurazone in mixed feeds

Abstract A method is described for the determination of nitrofurazone in mixed poultry feeds. Separation from interfering material is effected chromatographically, followed by absorptiometric measurement of the nitrofurazone. Recovery of known amounts of nitrofurazone is from 97 to 102%.
