The Effect of College Sports Association Social Responsibility on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Association Members——The Mediating Effects of Psychological Contract and Organizational Identification
The present study was to investigate the influence of college sports association social responsibility on organizational citizenship behavior and the serial mediation of psychological contract and organizational identification. College sports association leaguers were investigated by questionnaires including social responsibility, psychological contract, organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior. Social responsibility could positively predict organizational citizenship behavior. Psychological contract and organizational identification mediated the relationship between social responsibility and organizational citizenship behavior. Social responsibility can not only directly promote organizational citizenship behavior, but also promote it through the mediating effects of psychological contract and organizational identification. To some degree, the mediation model established in this study explains the mechanism of social responsibility influencing organizational citizenship behavior. It enlightened us that college sports association providing social responsibility can enhance league psychological contract and to promote use of organizational identification and then improve organizational citizenship behavior.
