摘要
This article examines the problem of social rationalization in Max Weber's sociology. It explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of Weber's approach, the connection between rationalization and the typology of social action, the development of capitalism, bureaucracy, and rational-legal domination. Particular attention is paid to the "disenchantment of the world", the strengthening of formal calculation, and the contradiction between organizational effectiveness and individual freedom. It is shown that Weber's rationalization is not only a sign of modernization but also a source of tension associated with the depersonalization of power and the dominance of procedures.
