摘要
Strong research and development barriers and steep patent cliffs have put forward higher and higher requirements in the field of pharmaceutical analysis, such as analysis efficiency and cost. As a miniaturized device with high precision and accuracy, the microfluidic platform has been regarded as a promising tool for pharmaceutical analysis owing to the advantages of high throughput, high analytical efficiency, low reagent consumption, fast detection speed, and automation. In this review, we introduced the application of microfluidic chips in drug analysis from four aspects, including rapid offline pharmaceutical analysis, real-time and online pharmaceutical analysis, model organism cultivation for pharmaceutical analysis, and organ-on-a-chip/organoids-on-chips for pharmaceutical analysis. We hope this review can provide a novel enlightenment but effective guide for new research enthusiasm of pharmaceutical analysis using microfluidic platforms.
