Tuning the charge transfer and band shape of donor–acceptor covalent organic frameworks for optoelectronics

Based on DFT/TD-DFT calculations and band structure analysis, the optically-induced charge transfer and effective mass values of a series of 2D COF monolayers are evaluated, as well as the correlation between the two properties.
