Considering for the good prospects of fuel cells and it’s soft-output characteristics,a DC/DC converter which consists of Boost converter and push-pull forward converter is proposed. This converter transfers the instability output voltage more than 20 V or so to stability voltage 300 V,which supplies to inverter. As push-pull forward converter works at the maximum duty cycle and Boost converter is controlled by a single-cycle dual-closed-loop controller, the voltage stress on push-pull switching devices and output rectifier are very small, which will help to optimize the design of the converter. The correctness and feasibility are demonstrated by the analysis and simulations of each part.
