Adenoid hypertrophy in children with secretory otitis media and its influence on prognosis

Objective Clinical analysis of adenoid hypertrophy in children,and to investigate the effect of the occurrence and prognosis of adenoid hypertrophy in children with secretory otitis media disease caused,and provide a reliable basis for the effcacy and life quality of arthritis in children with secretory otitis media clinical improvement.Methods Clinical analysis of 186 cases with adenoid hypertrophy,in accordance with adenoid hypertrophy can be divided into group Ⅰ(adenoid hypertrophy to Ⅰ degree),group Ⅱ(36 cases of adenoid hypertrophy as Ⅱ degree),group Ⅲ(79 cases of children with adenoid hypertrophy third degree) in 71 cases,the three groups of children with adenoidal hypertrophy occurs in secretory otitis media were recorded,and give the statistical analysis,draw the conclusion.Results In group Ⅰ adenoid hypertrophy in children with secretory otitis media disease incidence rate is 19.44%,group Ⅱ adenoid hypertrophy in children with secretory otitis media disease incidence rate is 30.38%,group Ⅲ adenoid hypertrophy in children with secretory otitis media disease incidence rate is 60.56%,group Ⅲ and Ⅰ,Ⅱ group differences were statistical signifcance(P0.05),group Ⅰ and Ⅱ group was no signifcant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Secretory otitis media in children with the disease with adenoid hypertrophy were positive,and adenoid hypertrophy in children with secretory otitis media also has certain infuence.
