Techniques of capacitance tomography and its state of art

Electrical capacitance tomagraphy,which evolved during the mid-late 1980' s is a process tomography basod on capacitance sensor.This paper firstly describes the general pr inclples of capacitance tomography system,then analyses its sensors design,sm all capacitance measurement and ima ge reconstruction algorithm,finally points out its state of art.
