摘要
We present an environmentally stable, self-starting, and highly compact Er-doped pulsed fiber laser system that delivers a 51-fs pulse duration at about 70MHz repetition rate. This laser source uses a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror (SESAM) to generate mode-locked pulsed laser source. A bi-directionally pumped all-PM single-mode fiber amplifier boosts the soliton pulses and manages dispersion to compress the pulses close to the time-bandwidth limit. We successfully demonstrate an average output power of 100mW and an RF side mode suppression ratio (SMSR) of over 75dB.
