International phytosanitary controls.

This chapter discusses international phytosanitary activities as governed by agreements under the International Plant Protection Congress, regional plant protection organizations, World Trade Organization General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, and Convention on Biological Diversity, among other agreements. International standards for phytosanitary measures are presented.
