Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of urokinase in treating acute myocardial infarction in elementary hospital.Method:54 cases acute myocardial infarction patients in our hospital from January in 2006 to January in 2008 were selected and were given the treatment of urokinase.Result:The 54 cases received the treatment of urokinase thrombolysis and the total recanalization rate was 62.96%,there was no dead case. And the recanalization rate was 91.67% in cases who received the treatment of urokinase thrombolysis in 4 hours, was 65.38% in cases who received the treatment of urokinase thrombolysis from 4 to 8 hours and was 37.50% in cases who received the treatment of urokinase thrombolysis from 8 to 12 hours, there was significant difference between them(P0.05).There were 12 cases(22.22%)with arrhythmias in 2 hours after thrombolysis and 2 cases(3.70%)with hemorrhages in 24 hours after thrombolysis. There were 1 case with microscopic hematuria,1 case with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and 1 case with hypotension respectively, all of them were cured by symptomatic treatments. Conclusion:The urokinase in treating acute myocardial infarction can retrieve the cardiac muscle on the brink of death and improve the prognosis,so the clinician should use it positively according to the pathogenetic condition.
