Study Liposoluble Compounds from Solynum larytum Thunb.by GC-MS

Objective To analyze the liposoluble compounds from Solynum larytum Thunb.by GC-MS.Methods All compounds were extracted from Solynum larytum Thunb.by solvent method at 60℃.The liposoluble compounds were separated and identified by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.Results 129 components and 123 components were separated from chloroform layer and ethyl acetate layer respectively.Among them,40 components and 24 components were identified accounting about 73.19% and 84.65% repectively.Conclusion The method can be used to analyze liposoluble compounds with satisfactory results.Hexadecanoic acid and Linoleic acid are the most abundant components.
