Observation of the Hypertension Therapy With Lisinopril and Captopril

Objective:To observe the efficacy of hypertension treatmert with Lisinopril and Captopril.Methods:60 patients with hypertension stageⅠ or stageⅡ were divided into 2 group randomly,one group given Lisinopril,the other given Captopril,all were trcated 8 weeks.Results:There were no significiant difference in therapy hypertension between two groups,Lisinopril was better than Captopril by control 24 hours blood pressure and less side-effect.Conclusions:Lisinopril is an efficient and safe medicine.
