Study on Antioxidization and on Extraction of Flavonoid in Sophora Japonica

Rutin is extracted and prepared from sophora japonica with boiling water,and the purity of rutin is determined with spectrophotometric method by antioxidantic experiments.The autioxidantic activity of rutin with that of quercetin of the hydrolyzate of rutin and of BUT is compared.
