Objective To evaluate the efficacy of CT guided percutaneous approach for drainage postoperative abdominal abscess. Methods Thirteen cases with postoperative abdominal abscess, were confirmed by clinical examination, biochemical examination and imaging examination (B ultrasound, CT) with abdominal abscess, CT guided puncture aspiration and drainage. Results Thirteen cases were all successful puncture, indwelling 15 catheters. The follow-up revealed no residual foci of infection or recurrence. Conclusion The treatment of percutaneous approach for drainage postoperative abdominal abscess under CT guidance is a safe and effective.
