Use Delphi to Display Unicode Text

Under the different language environment, the no obstacle contents' manifestation is the request of the international basic program, its concretely carrying out is using the Unicode character. Passed analysis of the Delphi TLabel's manifestation method, put forward the general method of creating a new Component that can support Unicode text manifestation, resolved the problem of Delphi WIN32 VCL nonsupport Unicode text manifestation.
