Evaluation of the Value of DR in Diagnosing the Validity of TB

Objective Evaluating the validity of diagnosing TB with DR,offering referenced gist to the using value of diag- nosing TB with DR.Methods Stastical analyzed 124 case include TB and not-TB who had checked with DR,and confirmed with CT,phlegmy garmiculture and clinical treatment,to evaluate the sensitivity、the specificity、the false positive rate、the false negative rate、the positive predictive、the negative predictive and the agreement rate of diagnosing TB with DR.Results TB case were checked with DR,there were 77 were true,12 are false,there were 11 ease were true,24 were false in not-TB,so that,the sensitivity is 86.25%、the specificity is 68.57%、the false positive rate is 31.43%、the false negative rate is 13. 48%、the positive predictive is 87.50%、the negative predictive is 66.67% and the agreement rate is 81.45%.Conclusion The result of diagnosing TB with DR is basically correspond with the actual case.DR could be used to screening to diagnose TB.But 31.43% case would be false positive,and doctror should be care it.hint when diagnosing TB with DR,still need CT and phlegmy germiculture ect to confirm.
