Effects of Several Factors on Oocytes Maturation of Bovine in Vitro

Growth and development of oocytes were interfered and repressed by many factors in vitro,including different species,different factors,different laboratory conditions.With the improvement and consummating of maturation technology of oocytes in vitro,it has the signficant importance in improving quantity and quality of resources oocytes maturation of bovine in vitro and using elite resources.In the article,the mechanism of maturation of oocytes in vitro,and its acquisition,hormones,maturation time and human action and other factors on bovine oocytes maturation were reviewed.
