Research on properties and utilization of bamboo in China

This paper briefly describes the bamboo resources and its status on bamboo properties and utilization in china.The research on properties of mosco bamboo and the other bamboo species,the correlation among bamboo properties,cultivation and processing technology are significantly analyzed.Some bamboo products,such as bamboo-based panel,bamboo charcoal and bamboo fibre are also discussed.It is expected that some suggestions on bamboo properties and utilization will be raised in china.
