Study on One-Component Moisture-Curable Polyurethane Adhesive for Wood

One-component moisture-curable polyurethane adhesive for wood was prepared by using polyether polyols and polymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate(PAPI) as main materials.The effects of-NCO content,the average relative molecular mass of polyether polyols,the reacion temperature and the chain extending coefficient on adhesion strength of the adhesive for wood were studied.The results show that moisture-curable polyurethane adhesive has the best adhesion property when-NCO mass fraction is 12.29% and the chain extending coefficient is 0.2.The compression shear strength is 20.17MPa after 24h.
