Clinical efficacy and prevention of Danhong injection in contrast-induced nephropathy(CIN) in patients with acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and prevention of Danhong injection in contrast-induced nephropathy(CIN) in patients with acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Method 87 patients treated in our hospital from Jan.2012 to Jan.2013 were randomly divided into control group and the Danhong injection intervention group.Serum creatinine index of before and after PCI and incidence rates of CIN were checked at baseline.Results The level of scr and in cidence rate of CIN reduced obviously after treatment in the Danhong injection intervertion group.Conclusion Danhong injection is effective in the prevention of CIN in ACS patients undergoing PCI,and can reduce the renal defect.Results The level of scr and incideace rate of CIN reduced after treatment in the Danhong injection intervention group.
