Determination Methods of Borax

In order to directly observe borax and special crystal resulted from the reaction of Borax and Pb2+,Mn2+,microscope and crystal analysis method is utilized in this paper to build a direct and simple qualitative determination method.Boric acid acidity can be strengthened by mannitol.The pH value of solution could be detected by chemistry or electrochemistry method.The existence of the borax can be applied in food sample by this method subsequently.
