The Relationship of ST-T Segment Elevation in Acute Myocardial Infarct and the Related Infarction Coronary

Objective To understand the relationship of ST-T segment elevation in acute myocardial infarct and the related infarction coronary.Methods Selected 66 patients with acute myocardial infarction in Ruijin Hospital from January to June,2010.Do 12 lead electrocardiogram and cardiac troponin assays,add 18 lead electrocardiogram by necessity;all patients do coronary arteriography.To observe ST-T segment elevation in acute myocardial infarct of different parts.Results In the 19 cases with right coronary artery lesion,19 cases showed ST segment ⅢⅡ,15 cases showed Ⅰ,aVL ST segment depression in leads I,aVL;In the cases of left circumflex lesion,8 cases showed ST segmentⅡⅢ,7 cases showed ST segment rise in leadsⅠ,aVL.The cases with anterior wall myocardial,8 cases showed ST segment rise in leads V1~V5 arisefrom proximal left anterior descending stenosis;6 cases showed ST segment rise in leads V1~V3 arisefrom distal and midrange left anterior descending stenosis.Conclusion By ST-T segment variation in acute myocardial infarct,the related infarction coronary can be forecasted,which will help to anticipated potential adverse cardiovascular events and complications.
