Suspension And Erection of Lower Impacted Molar

Objective:To study treatment method of horizontally impacted and mesioangularly impacted lower molar erection.Method: 30 impacted molars(12 horizontal impaction and 18 mesioangular impaction) were treated with suspension and erection.Result: All impacted molars were erected quickly and brought into treatment system.Erection time was 1～5 months,average being 3 months.Panoramic radiographs showed that periodontal health of impacted molars periphery was good.Conclusion: The method of suspension and erection can quickly and conveniently erect lower impacted molars and have merits of synchronizational treatment,reinforced anchorage and erection of anchorage molar.
