Advances on the immune pathogenesis of psoriasis

Psoriasis is a kind of chronic,proliferative,and inflammatory skin disease characterized by red plaques and white scales. The pathogenesis of psoriasis is unknown. With the research on the pathogenesis of immune mechanism,it is confirmed that psoriasis is an immune-mediated inflammatory skin disease,involving native immune system,adaptive immune system and associated cytokines and chemotactic factors.
