s:Hydrogenation of acetylene on 12% Ni/CNF?0.5% Pd/CNF?0.5% Pd/α-Al2O3 catalysts was investigated using a fixed bed continuous flow reactor. The effect of temperature, molar ratio of H2 to C2H2 and total space velocity on the reaction was studied. Among them, catalyst 0.5% Pd/CNF was a superior catalyst on acetylene selective hydrogenation. The optimal result: 100% acetylene conversion, 64.8% ethylene yield and 73.8% ethylene selectivity was achieved at the condition of 50 ℃, n(H2)/n(C2H2)=23 and 106 h-1 acetylene space velocity on 0.5% Pd/CNF.
