Study on the Preparation and Properties of the Deproteinized Natrual Rubber Latex

The bio chemical method that alkali proteinase was used to remove the protein in NR latex,the influences of the amount of stabilizer and enzyme and its technical condition on deprotein effect have been investigated.Contrast with common centrifugal condensed NR latex,the mechanical properties of the deproteinized NR latex have been studied.Better deprotein effect has been obtained when the amount of alkali proteinase and stabilizer(sodium dodecyl sulphate,SDS) was 0.03%,0.25% respectively at 37℃ for 20h.
