Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of hysteroscopic resection of submucous myoma treatment.Method: Retrospectively analyzed 87 cases of uterine myoma hysteroscopy submucosal resection patients were followed up for 6-24 months,the symptoms observed in patients with improvement.Results: 87 cases were successful,no case of uterine perforation,bleeding,infection,2 cases occurred in carrying out the beginning of the TURP syndrome,were discharged after active treatment,patients were followed up 93.7% satisfaction rate.56 cases of patients with menorrhagia improved in 47 cases,9 cases of slight relief,28 cases with 26 cases of dysmenorrhea in patients with symptoms disappeared after surgery,2 patients significantly alleviate the degree of dysmenorrhea,49 cases with corrected anemia patients,11 patients did not pregnancy in 9 patients conceived within two years.Conclusion: Hysteroscopic resection of submucous uterine myoma is safe and effective,minimally invasive,and the patients recover quickly.
