Study on Structure and Properties of thermal conductive Carbon nanotubes/Al_2O_3/Silicone Rubber Composite

The thermal conductive silicone rubber composite was prepared and researched by blending carbon nanotubes(CNT) to Al_2O_3 / silicone rubber composite.The results showed that the thermal conductive behaviour of Al_2O_3 / silicone rubber/CNT composite was increasing with the increasing of CNT dosage;CNT were of assistance in forming the filler-network structure,and reached the effect of cooperatively improving the thermal conductive behaviour;The improvement effect provided by CNT did not achieve the expectation because CNT ruptured and losed their original feature of high aspect ratio during the blending.
