Method to Adjust the Telescope and Collimator of Spectrometer to be Perpendicular and Intersect Its Central Spin Axis

The telescope and collimator of spectrometer can be adjusted to be perpendicular but not intersect its central spin axis by the current methods.In this paper,a method is put forward to adjust the telescope and collimator of spectrometer to be perpendicular and intersect its central spin axis for the first time.
