Current Situation of integrated Chinese and western medicine treating non-antiviral indication of chronic hepatitis B

Parts of patients with chronic hepatitis B should not be treated with antiviral therapy according to the new issue of Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B(2010),however,the conditions and prognosis of these patients still need attentions.The article reviewed the treating thought,methods and problems of these non-antiviral indications of chronic hepatitis B both in Chinese and Western medicine and proposed that based on the thought of preventive treatment of disease and the principle of rectifying vital-Qi and expelling evlis,correct syndrome differentiation is the key to treating these patients.
