摘要
2-Diphenylphosphino-ferrocenyl-ethyl-5-hydroxyl3-oxo-pentyl ether(phosphine 2) has been tethered through the hydroxyl of phosphine 2 onto Merrifield resin to form a new immobilized ferrocenyl phosphine ligand(phosphine 3).The loading of phosphine 3 is 0.53 mmol/g determined by elemental analysis. The species of phosphine oxide contaminated have not been detected by the31P NMR spectrum of phosphine 3.The immobilized phosphine 3 can be used as supporting ligand for the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki reaction to couple aryl bromides with phenyl boronic acid to form corresponding biaryls in excellent yields.
