Chlorogenic acids were extracted from Lonicera japonica by microwave oven with ethanol and water as the extraction solvents. The concentration of the chlorogenic acids was detected by UV-vis spectrophotometer with the set wavelength at 324nm.The experiment shows that the optimal extraction conditions of microwave extraction of chlorogenic acid from Flos Lonicerae is: with the concentration of 80% ethanol as extraction solvent, alcohol amount for honeysuckle 4 times amount, microwave treatment time is 60 s,water bath extraction temperature is 70 ℃,the amount of water as extracting honeysuckle 15 times, extraction time 50 min.The results show that the content of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae is 8.3379 mg·g-1.
