摘要
Siberia Lily as experimental material,the effect of NO-3-N and NH+4-N at different concentration on Siberia Lily growth and development were studied from multi-aspects,such as nitrate reductase activtity,soluble sugar content,reducing sugar content,soluble protein content,amylase activtity and so on.Results showed that a reasonable ratio of application of nitric nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen shuold enable nitrogen absorption and utilization by plants,also avoid the negative effects of nitrogen accumulation.
