With combined desulfurization process of injecting into furnace of limestone and flue gas circulated fluidized bed as a practical application object, desulfurization effect of limestones in furnace and activity of calcination products and relative affecting factors are experimentally studied with seven kinds of limestones richly mined in Liaoning zone. The results show that calcination temperature, Ca/S ratio, residence time and limestone granularity have remarkable effect on the efficiency of desulfurization, and calcination temperature, residence time and limestone granularity have remarkable effect on activity of calcination products. The results show also that the optimal zone of calcination temperature is 1000℃~1200℃, in which limestones have higher desulfurization efficiency and calcination products have higher activity .
