Modification of the clearance formula of hydroxyl radical in the paper Assay of hydroxyl radical produced by H_2O_2/Co~(2+) reaction using alizarin violet spectrophotometry

We suggested that the clearance formula of scavenging hydroxyl radical should be modified in the paper Assay of hydroxyl radical produced by H_2O_2/Co~(2+) reaction using alizarin violet spectrophotometry.It was found in use of this formula that the clearance of hydroxyl radical by vitamine·C was much different from the result reported in other paper,it was sure that some carelessness existed in the original formula.Therefore,we modified the original formula and at the same time proposed a new formula for the medicament of anti-oxidation with color.
