Magnetic phase diagram of neodymium monosulfide

The magnetic properties of an antiferromagnetic NdS single crystal in magnetic fields up to 11 T were studied. It is shown that the H−T phase diagram contains a tricritical point, separating the region of first- and second-order phase transitions.
