Dynamic multimanned disassembly is a viable option for disassembly lines handling products with multiple attributes. This study proposes a multimanned disassembly line balancing problem with walking workers (MWW-DLBP). An experimental study investigates the worker disassembly fatigue attribute, and a novel evaluation index for muscle fatigue is introduced. The value attribute is evaluated using the AHP method. A mathematical model is developed with the aim of minimizing the number of workstations, workers, and worker fatigue indicators. To efficiently solve the DLBP problem, a SSA-DE algorithm is proposed. The SSA-DE algorithm adopts the SSA algorithm framework and utilizes a simplified single-layer decoding method for the double-layer decoding problem. Additionally, it uses the random strategy of the DE algorithm for optimization. Large-scale case studies verify the performance of SSA-DE. Finally, attribute evaluation indicators are applied to dismantle waste cars and the optimal solution is obtained.
