Nowadays, the application of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) is more and more extensive, and the demand for airspace resources is growing. UAV urgently needs to share non isolated airspace resources with UAV. In order to accelerate the integration of UAV into the national airspace system and promote the development of aviation industry, this paper studies the lateral safety distance under the mixed operation mode of Between UAVs. Starting from the communication navigation surveillance (CNS) performance, this paper analyzes the impact of CNS on the collision probability of Between UAVs during mixed operation. Combined with the event collision risk model, a new collision risk model based on CNS performance is deduced according to the UAVs operation characteristics and the target safety level (TSL) specified by the Civil Aviation administration. After that, the simulation experiment is carried out by MATLAB, and the calculation is carried out by substituting an aircraft example. According to the calculation results, the influence of CNS performance on the lateral safety distance of Between UAVs hybrid operation is analyzed.
